The project at Camberley STW, in Surrey, Southwest of Central London, involved a range of process modifications to ensure tightening consent parameters for Ammonia and Phosphorous were met.<\/p>\n<p>TES were awarded the M&amp;E contract by main contractor SMBJV. The following work was completed by TES as part of the project;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level instrumentation in the new Tertiary Treatment Feed Pumping Station wet well and existing Flow Split Chamber.<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary Treatment Feed Pumping Station comprising 3 No. Tertiary Treatment Feed Pumps (submersible) complete with pump stools, guide rails, brackets, lifting chains, delivery pipework, fittings, instruments and access steelwork.<\/li>\n<li>1 No. Wastewater Pumping Station comprising 2 No. submersible pumps including pump stools, guide rails, brackets, lifting chains, delivery pipework, bauer connection, fittings, instruments and access steelwork.<\/li>\n<li>All above ground pipework including fittings, pipe supports, instruments and frost protection.<\/li>\n<li>Area lighting to the new Tertiary Treatment Feed Pumping Station and Tertiary Treatment Plant area.<\/li>\n<li>All associated power, signal and Ethernet cabling.<\/li>\n<li>Lightning protection.<\/li>\n<li>Lifting davit sockets for Wastewater Pumping Station.<\/li>\n<li>Powered overhead lifting hoist and gantry for Tertiary Treatment Feed Pumping Station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commenting on the successful completion of the contract TES Operations Director, Ciaran Donnelly said \u201cthis project further demonstrates our technical capabilities and will help to grow the TES reputation within the Thames Water region.
