TES have recently signed a new long-term framework contract with Irish Water for the provision of MEICA and ancillary works associated with Water Treatment Plants and Water Networks.<\/p>\n
Irish Water was founded in 2013 and brought the water and wastewater services of the 31 local authorities together\u00a0under one national service provider, it is responsible for the delivery of water services to approximately 80% of the population. Decades of under investment, combined with a lack of planned asset management and maintenance programmes\u00a0had led to a legacy of deficiencies in treatment plants and networks.<\/p>\n
This new framework agreement will see TES helping Irish Water to deliver upon their capital investment programme, aimed at correcting decades of under investment and to provide a modern water treatment network able to meet the requirements of both current and future generations.<\/p>\n
Under this new framework agreement TES will be carrying out a range of work including the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment works and water pumping stations nationally throughout Ireland.<\/p>\n
