The Grade A office accommodation includes ground floor and mezzanine reception areas, with space for restaurants, caf\u00e9s and a business lounge. The rooftop restaurant will open onto a garden terrace and two basement levels will provide parking.<\/p>\n<p>The contract works awarded to TES include;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4no. Package Substations<\/li>\n<li>2no. 800A Form 4 Type 6 Switchboards<\/li>\n<li>Standalone Panelboards<\/li>\n<li>8no. ATS units (63A to 250A)<\/li>\n<li>Transformer and Switchboard FAT<\/li>\n<li>Delivery, Installation and SAT commission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Commenting on award of the contract TES Business Development Manager Brian O&#8217;Neill said &#8220;we&#8217;re delighted to be involved in such an iconic and important construction for\u00a0Manchester.
